1) Discount Promotions

Discount programs, simply called Promotions, are aimed at incentivizing customers to spend more on their regular purchases and drive turnover.

2) Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be given out on any occasion you deem fit for your customers, either for specific customers or random ones. They can attract new customers, retain existing ones or help spread the word about your product by raising awareness about it through its distribution.

Gift vouchers can initially look like the other campaigns but are categorized here as separate ones since they are usually targeted at a specific and one-time event or purpose.

They can also raise awareness about a specific product or sale that benefits from increased traffic and visibility.

A discount program varies from a loyalty program in so far that the goal of this program is to incentivize the customer to spend more on their regular purchase and thus help drive turnover.

3) Loyalty Program

Loyalty programs are designed to reward customers for their loyalty to your brand or product. For example, you can offer a percentage discount once a customer spends a certain amount at your store, or reward them with a voucher or coupon after purchasing a product from you a certain number of times.

To reward customer loyalty, companies can allocate loyalty points that can be redeemed for freebies, discounts, or bonuses. You can set the Loyalty Rewarding Rules directly within the Loyalty Program settings.
