How to check voucher status?

Go to Customers page, then click on any row to view the customer's details.

Scroll down to see the Customer Vouchers table which shows all the vouchers that have been assigned to this customer. There you will find the voucher status column.

There are different voucher statuses which are:

• Created: when any new voucher code is created
• Distributed: when a voucher code is assigned to a customer
• Validated: when a customer validates the voucher code but didn't confirm a redemption
• Redeemed: when a customer redeems the voucher code
• Expired: when a voucher code is not valid anymore
