General Campaign Restrictions and Reward Rules
These are our most basic rules and restrictions during campaign creation. Most of them can be found on the third section of the campaign setup reward settings and limitation.
1. Campaign Limitations
In this section, limits the most basic limits to the entire campaign are determined. These are the maximum campaign budget and the maximum number of redemptions possible.
This limit can be set in the first step of the campaign creation process setup new campaign.
2. Promo Limits
In the promo limits, the maximum number of total redemptions and promotion budget can be set:
That means, you can set the maximum number of vouchers allowed to be redeemed and the maximum value of discount offered across all vouchers under a main campaign.
This limit can be set in the second step of the campaign creation process define promotion.
3. Customer Redemption Limits
This option let you choose the maximum number of campaign redemption per user.
Vouchery allows you to set limit to the number of times your customer is able to redeem a voucher in a single campaign.
However, it is important to note that during manual redemption process it is necessary to fill in the specific customer ID at each redemption process, otherwise an error message will be displayed.

4. Time and Duration Limitations
Our software allows you to easily add time windows when the coupon will be valid.
You can choose to be valid only on certain weekdays and add start and expiration dates.
Any redemption attempt before or after the time set will be blocked by Vouchery, which ultimately protects you from coupon fraud and can create a sense of urgency to your customers.

5. Minimum Transaction Value
A customer will receive the reward only if the transaction value is bigger than specified here.

A customer may be able to redeem one single voucher multiple times until the total value of the voucher is used up.

6. Product item limitations
A customer will receive the reward only for particular product items.
