Create a campaign.

Body Params

This request is variable. There are a few variation of request body. Due to Swagger v2 limitations they are described as fake paths (endpoints). See documentation for paths: POST /api/v2.1/campaigns#___main_campaign, POST /api/v2.1/campaigns#___sub_campaign

Main Campaign is a wrapper for multiple Sub Campaigns, grouped together. Main Campaign can have own budget and redemptions limit.
